Spinning hub can greatly reduce the thickness of the material while ensuring sufficient strength, which means that the lightweight effect is better.

Forging wheel hub

Forging wheel hub is the best wheel hub manufacturing process that combines lightweight and strength. It uses high pressure (about several thousand tons of pressure) to press a heated alloy into a rough embryo of the wheel hub, and then CNC detail carver is used for secondary processing. Due to the high pressure impact, the molecules between the alloy will be smaller, the gap will be finer, the density will be higher, and the material molecules will interact with each other The force will be stronger, so the hub only needs less raw materials to achieve enough rigidity, so that the overall weight is lighter.

The biggest difference between the three is the weight, which is arranged in positive order: low pressure casting > spinning casting > forging, while the price arrangement is completely opposite. As for intensity performance, all three can definitely meet your needs.

However, in the end, we should remind everyone that we should try our best to choose the large factory products of regular brands within the acceptable budget range.
