A: Car model and wheel size, PCD, CB, ET (offset), finish, colour and quantity ordered, trade term (EXW/FOB/CIF), destination port, and invoice details (company name, address, VAT/tax No.) in order to provide you with the best possible quote.

 Q2: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: Generally speaking, our minimum order quantity is 4 pieces. If you need to test, we can take out 1 piece from our inventory for you to help you complete the quality inspection.

Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?

A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo and packing design.

 Q4: Can you do private label and custom caps?

A: Yes—center caps, engraving, packaging with your brand.

 Q5: What finishes are available?

A: Powder coat, brushed, polished, anodized or chrome. Chrome/anodize via audited partners; final inspection by GREXWHEELS.

 Q6: What load ratings do you support?

A: Built to application. Passenger/performance wheels typically 690–955 kg; off-road applications higher. Ratings are shown on drawings and engraved.

 Q7:How about your delivery time?

A1: For stock order: within 10 working days

A2: For production order: 20-30 days

A3: For OEM order: 60-70 days

 Q8: Payment terms & currency?

A: T/T 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. USD/EUR/CNY accepted. Alibaba Trade Assurance can be arranged for some orders.

 Q9: Shipping & packaging?

A: EXW/FOB/CIF; sea/air available. Foam + bag + carton + corner protectors; palletized for bulk. Pre-shipment photos provided.

 Q10: How do you control quality?

A: 100% runout test, typical tolerance < 0.01″; key dimensions ±0.05 mm; each wheel has a serial number and QC record (photos/videos on request).
