①Forming forging (also called die forging), after forging, the shape of the wheel hub is basically formed. Can greatly save product processing time, the disadvantage is that the early mold investment is high. The forged wheels of the famous BBS adopt this process. Some major domestic wheel manufacturers that produce OE mainframes, such as Tuhu's wheel brand Fengtu (a joint venture between Wanfeng Aowei and Tuhu), also have this process.
② Milling and forging, that is, buying ready-made forged wheel blanks and then milling the wheel shape through CNC (Numerical Control Machining Center).
