What are the disassembly steps for a forged wheel? Forged wheels are a device for reciprocating travel on a crane. It is also an easily damaged part. After using it for a period of time, it needs to be disassembled to see if there is any problem with each part. What are the specific disassembly steps?

1. Remove the connecting bolts of the wheel shaft end coupling.
2. Remove the fastening bolts connecting the wheelset angular bearing box and the end beam.
3. Use the lifting screw or jack of the crane to jack up the crane bridge, so that the forged wheel tread is about 10mm away from the top surface of the track, pry the wheelset and pull it out along the track surface for removal and replacement.
4. Hoist the pre-assembled, new forged wheel set with shaft end gear coupling halves onto the crane rail.
5. Push in the forged wheel set close to the installation position, adjust the jack to make the car body drop slowly, insert the fastening bolts, and screw on the nuts to ensure safety.
6. Appropriately tighten the horizontal bolts, and then tighten the vertical bolts accordingly. When tightening, pull the wheel to check whether the wheel rotates flexibly, and check the horizontal and vertical deflection of the wheel installation.
7. Align the screw holes of the wheel shaft end gear coupling half body and the reducer is driven shaft coupling half body, insert the connecting bolts and fasten them.
8. After everything is normal, drop the car body.
